What About Cost?

What About Cost? We get it, it is no fun having to call your local HVAC guy because your furnace or AC quit working. And we want to take as much stress as possible out of the process of getting your equipment repaired. That is why we are upfront and transparent about our pricing! Our starting rate for a service call is only $95! This covers the trip charge and the first hour of labor on site. By the end of that hour, we are usually able to diagnose and repair your system, or if additional parts and work are needed, diagnose the issue and give you a quote to complete the repair.

Regular Maintenance

Regular Maintenance: Needing a pre-home purchase inspection done on a furnace or air conditioner? Or simply wanting to make sure your system is ready for the next heating or cooling season? We offer a $75 Maintenance and Safety Check for a furnace or air conditioner. Or if you want to get them both inspected, it’s only $125. As a part of these services, we provide you with a detailed report of the condition of their HVAC equipment and recommendations for any repairs or additional work that might be needed. We really want our customers to feel at ease and be informed about the condition of their HVAC equipment!

Heat Pumps

Interested in getting a heat pump?

If you are looking to increase the efficiency of your HVAC equipment, cut down on long term utility costs, reduce carbon emissions, and access significant savings through federal tax credits and local rebates, then you are looking in the right place! High efficient air source heat pumps allow you to do all this and more!

We recognize that every customer’s needs and the requirements of their home are unique. That is why we work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine which system is best suited to your situation. Call us now for a free consultation and estimate for your new heat pump system!

What is a heat pump and how does it work?

Air source heat pumps are an efficient heating and cooling solution that transfer heat from the outside air into your home during winter and reverse the process to cool your space in summer. By using a refrigerant fluid to absorb and move heat through a compressor and coil system, these pumps don’t create heat but simply transfer it, making them highly energy-efficient. Even in cold temperatures, they can collect enough heat from the air to keep your home comfortable. In summer, the system acts as an air conditioner by removing indoor heat and releasing it outside. Air source heat pumps offer both heating and cooling in one system, which can save on installation and maintenance costs. They’re environmentally friendly, using renewable energy and producing fewer carbon emissions, while also being reliable in colder climates—making them a great choice for energy-conscious homeowners seeking to reduce energy bills and their carbon footprint.

Huge Savings with Tax Credits and Rebates!!

When you invest in a heat pump system for your home, you can take advantage of significant savings through federal tax credits and local rebates. The federal government offers tax incentives to encourage energy-efficient upgrades, allowing you to recoup a portion of the cost of your heat pump installation. In addition, many local utility companies provide rebates for homeowners who choose energy-efficient systems, further reducing the final cost of your system. These savings make a heat pump system not only an environmentally-friendly choice but also a smart financial investment, helping you save on both installation and long-term energy bills.

Mini Splits

A mini split system is a versatile, energy-efficient HVAC solution that provides both heating and cooling without the need for ductwork.

It consists of an outdoor compressor unit and one or more indoor air-handling units, which are typically mounted on the wall or ceiling. The system works by transferring refrigerant between the indoor and outdoor units to regulate the temperature in individual rooms or zones. Unlike traditional HVAC systems, which rely on ducts to distribute air, mini splits allow for zoned heating and cooling, meaning you can control the temperature in each room independently. This results in greater energy efficiency and more precise comfort control, ultimately lowering energy costs. Mini splits are also quieter and easier to install than traditional systems, making them an excellent choice for homes or businesses that lack ductwork or need to supplement an existing system. With no need for duct installation, mini splits can also improve indoor air quality by reducing the dust and allergens that can accumulate in ducts.

Is a mini split right for me?

Mini split heat pumps are ideal for a variety of applications, offering flexibility and efficiency for both residential and commercial spaces. They are particularly well-suited for homes or buildings without existing ductwork, such as older homes, room additions, small apartments, attached dwelling units, or spaces like garages and workshops. They are also an excellent choice for that one room in your house that gets extra hot during the summer or a little too cold during the winter. Mini splits are also perfect for multi-zone heating and cooling, allowing you to control the temperature in individual rooms or areas, which is ideal for households with varying comfort preferences.

Whether you are needing to add a single mini split to complement an existing heating and cooling system, or heat and cool an entire house with them, mini split heat pumps offer an efficient and versatile solution to meet your heating and cooling needs.

Huge Savings with Tax Credits and Rebates!!

When you invest in a mini split heat pump system for your home, you can take advantage of significant savings through federal tax credits and local rebates.

Whole Home Humidifiers

In Colorado’s dry climate, whole home humidifiers can significantly improve indoor air quality and comfort.

These systems work by adding moisture to the air, helping to maintain optimal humidity levels throughout your home. Proper humidity levels can prevent issues caused by dry air, such as dry skin, irritated sinuses, and static electricity. Additionally, whole home humidifiers protect your furniture, wood floors, and musical instruments from damage that can occur when exposed to low humidity for extended periods. By integrating seamlessly with your HVAC system, a whole home humidifier ensures consistent, even moisture distribution in every room, helping you breathe easier and feel more comfortable year-round. It also promotes better health by reducing the risk of dry throat, respiratory discomfort, and allergies. For homeowners in Colorado, a whole home humidifier is an important investment for creating a more comfortable, healthy living environment.
